By using this service you, the requestor, agree to visafile.info terms and conditions as follows.
Payments
All payment transactions, including refunds, initiated at visafile.info and processed by PayPal Inc. are subject to the terms and conditions of PayPal Inc.
All payment transactions, including refunds, initiated at visafile.info and processed by Stripe Payments Canada, Ltd. are subject to the terms and conditions of Stripe Payments Canada, Ltd.
Refunds
Visafile.info will issue full refund of a fee paid by a requestor if a requestor instructs to do so before his or her request for information is submitted to a government authority.
Fee paid by a requestor becomes non-refundable at the moment when his or her request for information is submitted to a government authority.
Visafile.info may, on their discretion, initiate a refund if for any reason an information request cannot be fulfilled.
Processing times
Visafile.info has no control over processing times of information requests, since all requests are processed by government authorities of Canada. As such, processing times are not guaranteed; all dates and/or processing times provided are for reference only.
Visafile.info assumes no responsibility for information requests that take longer than expected, and no responsibility for any consequences of such delays.
Privacy
Visafile.info keeps all information received from requestors as well as all information received from third parties on their behalf strictly confidential. Any such information will not be disclosed to unauthorized parties unless required by Canadian law.
Information received on behalf of a requestor will be emailed to him or her to the email address used by a requestor to send the signed consent form when placing the order.
Legal
All information is retrieved on behalf of a requestor under the Privacy Act or the Access to Information Act of Canada, or any other applicable statute of federal or provincial legislation of Canada.
Communication
All communication between visafile.info and the requestor is carried out electronically by means of email or messages submitted via visafile.info website.
Visafile.info reserves the right not to respond to order status/tracking inquiries within 40 calendar days ("standard processing time") from the date a request is submitted to the Canadian immigration authorities.
Visafile.info do not alter the content or meaning of received information in any way before providing it to a requestor.
Visafile.info has no control over information received on behalf of the requestor; such information is provided to the requestor as is.
Case analysis
Case analysis of an immigration/visa file, if ordered, will be prepared by a Canadian lawyer or a licensed Canadian immigration specialist certified by ICCRC as required by Canadian immigration law.
Case analysis will be provided in the form of a PDF document in English language only.
Legal opinion will be prepared based on the information received on behalf of a requestor. There will be no refund if the legal opinion does not meet requestor's expectations due to the nature and/or availability of the information used to prepare it.
Pricing
All fees are in US dollars.
